Cookie Policy

The cookies TurnerBerry uses on this website and what each one is for.

What cookies are

A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your device. Websites use cookies, and similar technologies such as your browser's local storage, to remember things about you and to see how the site is used.

The cookies we use

Essential • Cookie notice — we remember that you've seen our cookie notice, in your browser's local storage (tb_cookie_notice), for 12 months. • Signing in — if you use the TurnerBerry client portal, your browser keeps you signed in while you use it. • Form protection — our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to stop spam and bots. Analytics • Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, shows us which pages are visited and how people find us, so that we can improve the site. It sets cookies named _ga and _ga_ followed by an identifier, which last up to two years. They record things like the pages you view, your device and browser, and your approximate location. We don't use them to identify you. • Vercel Web Analytics counts page views. It doesn't use cookies. Maps • Our home page and our Bristol and Cardiff office pages show a Google Map. Google sets its own cookies when a map loads, and Google's privacy policy explains how it uses that data.

Controlling cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking them may stop parts of the site, such as signing in to the portal, from working. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. For more about how we handle your personal data, see our privacy policy at turnerberry.co.uk/privacy-policy.
