How quickly can you take us on as a client?
In most cases we can onboard new clients within a week of your initial consultation. We handle the transfer from your previous accountant so there's minimal disruption to you.
Do I need to visit your office in person?
Not at all. Most of our clients work with us entirely remotely. We use cloud-based tools that make it easy to share documents and communicate without needing face-to-face meetings.
How much does it cost to switch accountants?
Switching to TurnerBerry is free. We contact your previous accountant on your behalf to request the handover of your records, and there are no hidden fees for the transition.
What size businesses do you work with?
We work with businesses of all sizes, from sole traders and freelancers right through to established limited companies. We tailor our service to suit your specific needs and budget.
Are you Making Tax Digital ready?
Yes, we are fully MTD compliant. We use cloud accounting software such as Xero to ensure all our clients meet their MTD obligations without any last-minute stress.

Absolutely. We have specialist experience working with content creators, YouTubers, TikTokers, and influencers through our sister company Stax, which is built specifically for creators.
